Ya but we got to also now assume the kid was the one who hit him with red arrow most likely. The red arrow seems to be a lot worse then the white arrow. Metropolimon wouldn't even run when he lost all his comrades. In terms the white arrow is straight forward. Death. However the red arrow manipulates person to do everything their commanded to even if they normally wouldn't even to kill themselves like Mirai's aunt. In terms Mirai would have put him behind bars but wasn't in control due to Makudo shooting him with the red arrow and Saki was hit by Mirai with them working that way and Saki following Mirai's command and not telling Makudo to stop they were pinned to kill him off.

As we seen Metropoliman was an utter creep but added to this the kid with "Trump" mask might've been pulling the strings all along. Seeing this Metropolimon has to be most likely a minor villain to a bigger villain pulling the strings.
